An impressive debut at Burghley for Yas (kind of bonkers saying that given that she was our 2022 World Champ) finishing in 6th.

Sometimes eventing is ‘horses for courses’ and she definitely has her Burghley horse in Goliath Du Loir.

Defender Burghley ‘26 Dump.

3am alarm. 7 hours of driving. 1 migraine.

Obviously sad to not be working because I just know with Gemma’s redemption win today…..the photos would be MAGICAL but had fun fighting the crowds anyways for these snaps.

Throwing it back to Eventing Spring Carnival

The one where I stay in questionable accommodation with zero internet.

But hey, Gemma took the Grantham Cup home, Tom Jackson swept the leaderboard in both sections & Will Rawlin let the handbrake off for a podium finish and the prized Polly Philips Memorial Trophy 🏆

What a weekend, I’ll be back to work this one again.

I’ve missed you.

What’s been happening lately & where have I been. Well I’m still here…..Currently enjoying my little break & living my best spectator life but equally missing the media centre buzz.

So here’s what I’ve been working on.

- Upgraded kit - expensive (bank balance - we don’t know her) but quality of my work is something I’m not willing to compromise on.

- Elevated workflow & better techniques. I thrive when I prep & plan my shots - especially the more creative side. The goal is to think outside the box & deliver better images/video, efficiently and to the highest possible standard.

- A better website experience. I have a really cool vision for this. But the end result will be easier navigation for clients, a slicker portfolio & better payment system. (She’s a work in progress).

Have some exciting things planned for 2027. But in the meantime I’m headed to Burghley for a cheeky Pol Roger and some cool 5* ponies.

In other news - I’ve just upgraded my entire kit & now I’m skint - and here’s me thinking being behind the camera was more cost effective than being in the saddle 😂

That said I’m very excited to get working on some little personal projects!
