This morning watching the events at the cenotaph was as always emotional and humbling. We owe so much to so many.
A few years ago I was lucky enough to find a 106 year old Kodak vest camera. Known as the Soldiers Camera. It still works perfectly. These were affordable and so were taken into battle by the normal working class Tommy. Many of the pictures you see from the WW1 trenches were taken with one of these. Mine still has the litte pen that was used to scratch writing on the negative, you can see it in the example below.
