Happy 12th birthday to my gorgeous fur baby girl Khaleesi - still behaving like a pup, enjoying beach walks and forest hikes (although not as far or for as long these days). She showed up in my life just when I needed her and she has been my Velcro sidekick ever since. 👏 ❤️

A sold-out book launch, a room full of honest conversation, and one very powerful message.

It was a privilege to photograph Dr Helen Wall at Book, Bean & Ice Cream in Kirkham as she launched *Menopause and ADHD* - a book already helping women feel seen, heard and believed.

The afternoon was warm, emotional and full of connection, with Helen sharing her journey, reading from the book and hearing from women whose experiences have too often been misunderstood.

A beautiful event for an important conversation. Congratulations Dr Helen Wall, and thank you to Book, Bean and Ice Cream for creating such a special setting.

What a fantastic day at the Enchanted Ladies Lunch at Rivington Hall Barn! ✨💖

It was such a joy capturing all the laughter, dancing, and special moments shared amongst such fabulous ladies (and a few gents). The atmosphere from start to finish was simply amazing - full of energy, friendship, and support for a truly wonderful cause.

I am so happy to support Boot Out Breast Cancer (think it's been 8 years now) and the incredible work we all do for NHS Breast Units in England and Wales - this fundraiser being for Bolton NHS Breast Unit.

Thank you to everyone who made the day so memorable - here’s a little look back at a very special afternoon 📸✨

What a day at our 2026 Enchanted Ladies Lunch at Rivington Hall Barn!

With an incredible performance from Emelina James, a powerful and inspiring story from Laura Hudson, and the support of our amazing Bolton NHS nurses, it was an afternoon to remember.

We were also proud to announce Dean from Monkey Dix Adventures as a BOBC ambassador after raising £4,500 👏

Together, we raised over £10,000 - all going to the Bolton Breast Unit 💖
