Hello and Welcome,
2024 has undoubtedly been a challenging year for me, but I’ve decided to channel my knowledge and passion for photography, into a unique business venture aimed at helping many individuals like myself.
For both adults and children who have faced, or are currently experiencing difficult times and seek a creative and mindful outlet, photography can offer numerous benefits.
In addition to my own photography business, I’m thrilled to introduce The Asili Academy of Photography.
“Asili” holds significance in Zulu, meaning “nature.” As someone from a South African background, this name resonated deeply with me.
Through online tutorials and in-person workshops, you’ll learn the fundamental principles of photography and discover how capturing nature’s beauty outdoors, can foster a more positive outlook and calm the mind.
My photography business will encompass freelance portrait, family, and pet shoots, as well as the sale of my own photography prints. I aspire to publish my first book in the near future.
Photography has been an integral part of my life for many years, and I’ve long dreamed of turning this passion into a worthwhile business.
