It’s the summer solstice, and hopefully we will get another stunning sunset like we did last night here in Blackpool. Notice how the sun sets way beyond the North Pier, yet, if stood in the same position on the winter solstice, the sun would set way further south & over the Central Pier.

It turned out a bit wet in Blackpool today. After a dry & warm start, dark clouds rolled in and the heavens opened. At least it’s looking much better for the weekend, and into next week.
