Rain will never ruin your wedding if you don’t let it, the day is too special and there is too much love and excitement in the air.

This was one of my most soggy weddings to date, but these guys along with their friends and family fully embraced it, and had the best time because of it. 🙂

Sophie and Joe’s wedding a couple of weeks back was an absolute scorcher, filled with loads of sunshine and smiles (plus a little bit of booze), it was a genuine pleasure to capture the day.

I kicked off my 2025 wedding season a bit late this year, but couldn’t have asked for a more lovely couple to start off with, my favourite type of wedding too,a beautiful country church ceremony (with some on point natural light) followed by a barn shindig.

I am the first to admit, I am a bit a rubbish at posting regularly on social media. The truth is I kind of loathe what it’s become so ignore it and put off posting images. I know, it’s not the best way to promote oneself 🫤

So, at an attempt in trying to have a chance at beating the algorithm I thought I would post something that I don’t normally display but I am proud of, the other side of my photography, working with Shrewsbury theatre company

I have worked with GYWO for 13 years this summer, photographing much of their promotional material and dress rehearsals over those years. This has given me another opportunity to do what I love, photographing people (I have had to endure sitting through Grease at least 3 times in order to do that too 😛).
