Embracing a “throw yourself into it” attitude, Ollie is bringing a whole heap of positive thinking to the team. And we are 100% here for it.

New in his role as Head of Food & Innovation - we’ve barely given him chance to settle into his new home in Harrogate before whisking him away to remote Africa. But we promise to return him in one piece 🤪

Looking forward to some new perspective, we are stoked to have him on the squad and can pretty much guarantee some entertaining moments in the fjlm 🤟🎥

INTRODUCING TEAM MALAWI / This is Stacey 💙

Our designated Project Manager, is no stranger to managing big builds and keeping a team on track. So when we assembled the avengers we couldn’t imagine doing this without her at the helm.

Co-owner of in Sheffield, alongside it will be the first time she has left the team whilst being unreachable - but we have every faith and echo her sentiment that opportunities like this should not be wasted.

We are also going to be calling on our festival experience to get us through the bathroom situation… 🤪

INTRODUCING TEAM MALAWI / This is Ricki 💚

The only one of our squad to be leaving a young family behind, and whilst he might actually get a good night sleep when we are away, for this trip is as much about leaving a legacy to the past as it is about creating a new one for the future.

As Executive Chef , overseeing and day-to-day operations, he’s been our partner-in-crime organising this project from its inception almost a year ago.

We can’t wait to be on an adventure together in a world far removed from our normal stomping ground of the Cotswolds 💪
