Clare & Jack

Such a lovely couple, with an intimate ceremony that left lots of time for us to explore all the beautiful grounds at Sandon Hall.

I really struggled to pick photos here, Sandon Hall is absolutely beautiful and Clare & Jack really threw themselves into my posing suggestions so well!

These two are such lovely and genuine people it really was an honour to help create these photos for them!

When discussing the idea for Sophie’s engagement shoot she loved the idea of images that felt like a piece of classic literature.

So I researched and found this place called Dale Abbey. A small village that had a field containing this old brick arch, with a walk through some woods to a cave where an old hermit lived hundreds of years ago.

I instructed Sophie & Ben to dress in white/neutral coloured clothing and on a sunny morning last week, we made it a reality. Building multiple scenes of these runaway lovers escaping through true streets of this small village to be together and go exploring, as if part of scene in a classic romance novel.

I edited these images a little differently, with warm tones introducing some green midtones and shadows to help the colours we were working with. The pale yellows of the dried summer grass & crops, the warm morning sun & the greens of the mossy cave and woods, also trying to achieve that timeless romantic feel!

I’m making changes to my couples shoots going forward, with each one having artistic direction and theming to create a more cinematic end product, thanks for reading!

Olivia & Danny

No, this isn’t a garden in Italy. But you wouldn’t know.

Olivia & Danny came to me with their wedding plans of getting married in Bath and renting out the beautiful Iford Manor gardens before they made their way into Bath for their wedding ceremony.

This is one of my favourite places I’ve ever shot couples portraits, the weather was all over the place sun, next minute rain next minute cloud coverage, usually a photographers worst nightmare but it allowed us to get a beautiful variety of portraits.

These two were a joy to work with & how well did they do in front of the camera? I can’t thank them enough for allowing me to give something to remember their marriage by.

Ed & Chloe

This was one of those, where there was just too many moments and photos to choose from so I’ve done my best.

I’d already met Ed at another wedding last year so was very happy when he contacted me about his unique wedding day. Owning one of the flats on the Umberslade Estate he has permission to host his wedding there.

This was only the 3rd wedding here ever, the 1st since the dawn of the internet. So reference photos were few and far between. So I decided to visit Ed & Chloe a week before to have a look around!

I was blown away, and you’ll see how beautiful it is from the pictures, Chloe & Ed matched this with their pure heartfelt love for each other, the story of how they met is literally like the start of a rom-com.

It was a scorching day filled with laughs, tears and a group of groomsmen the size of a football team (with subs). A day to remember forever.

It was the most perfect sunny April day at Plum Park manor for the these two, childhood sweethearts who have been together over 10 years!

Laughter, tears, more tears - it had it all!

These two are both so sweet and genuine I couldn’t help but smile everytime I saw them together, just look how they look at each other.

Daisy & Gus

A fun, bubbly couple that were celebrating before heading off on a 1 year trip to Australia & South east Asia!

It was a completely unique wedding day for Daisy & Gus, 3 venues around Warwickshire to celebrate with all their family and friends.

Married inside the old judges house in Warwick, photos outside a castle then a party in a loft bar into the night, you haven’t heard of a wedding like it.

These two made the day fly by, bringing energy to every part of the day, making it one to remember.
