"Welcome to Pet Subject We’re not your average pet photography service. Our Berkhamsted-based studio is led by the award-winning photographer, Louis Quail. With years of experience as an artist and photographer, Louis has covered serious subjects such as aftermath, mental health, and environmental issues. Now, he’s bringing his skills, love of art, dogs, and photography to a lighter arena.
Pet photography can be both serious and emotional, but it also provides numerous opportunities for fun, experimentation, and creative expression. We offer straightforward studio or reportage pet photography sessions, but we don’t stop there. For those interested, you can commission a set of cards captioned by the incredibly talented local writer, Katy Regan. Louis can also use his design skills to transform these into graphic works of art.
At Pet Subject , we understand that the original photograph is just the beginning of the journey. We offer guidance on turning these images into beautiful framed works of art, cards, or other fun and interesting gifts. Join us in celebrating the joy and love our pets bring to our lives!"
