๐Ÿ“ Belfast | Inside the Blueprint of History ๐Ÿ—๏ธ๐Ÿ“

There is a certain atmosphere in a building thatโ€™s waiting for its next chapter.

I captured this 360ยฐ view back in 2012, standing inside the legendary Harland & Wolff Drawing Office One. At the time, these great vaulted rooms were silent, but you could imagine echoes of the hundreds of draftsmen who once sat here, designing the greatest ships the world had ever seen. ๐Ÿšขโœจ

In its heyday, the shipyard employed over 30,000 people! Nowadays, restored, it has found a new lease of life as an event space within Titanic Hotel Belfast.

Seeing it in this stateโ€”before its restorationโ€”really highlights the incredible architecture and scale. Itโ€™s a rare look at a Belfast icon caught between its industrial past and its future. ๐Ÿ›๏ธ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Do you remember the Drawing Offices in this condition, or have you visited them since theyโ€™ve been restored? Itโ€™s incredible to see how these spaces evolve. ๐Ÿ—๏ธ๐Ÿ’ฌ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿ“ Marble Arch Caves | Co. Fermanagh's Subterranean World ๐Ÿ›ถ๐Ÿงญ

There is a unique kind of quiet you only find deep underground. After journeying in almost complete darkness from the cave entrance, I captured this 360ยฐ view after disembarking at the subterranean boat jetty inside the Marble Arch Cavesโ€”you can only do this boat journey if the water levels are just right, from here you explore the chambers on foot.

It is a world where time is measured in the slow drip of water and the steady flow of the underground river. โณ๐Ÿ’ง

Standing here, you can almost imagine what it was like for ร‰douard-Alfred Martel back in 1895, exploring these dark passages for the first time by candlelight. Today, the subtle and low-level lighting perfectly reveals millions of years of geological history carved out by waterโ€”from shimmering "bacon" curtains to the massive "Porridge Pot" flowstone. ๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿงญ๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ

Have you ever taken the boat trip into the caves, or do you prefer the walks through the Cladagh Glen above ground? Itโ€™s a completely different world beneath the Fermanagh hills! ๐Ÿ›ถ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ’ฌ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿ“ Portrush | A Trip Down Memory Lane at Barryโ€™s ๐ŸŽข๐Ÿญ

Before the name changed and the signs were swapped, there was one place that defined a summer day at the North Coast. ๐Ÿฆ๐ŸŒŠ

Iโ€™m digging into the archives today for a bit of a throwback. This is one of the earliest 360ยฐ photos I ever captured, back when I was just starting out and "learning the trade." The quality might be a little lower (it's terrible ๐Ÿ˜ฑ ) than my usual shots, but the memories are as sharp as ever! ๐Ÿ“ธ๐Ÿ•ฐ๏ธ

Even though itโ€™s now Curryโ€™s, looking back at this capture brings back the smell of candy floss and the sound of the slot machines dinging and dodgems crashing. Barryโ€™s was the heart of many family traditions on the North Coastโ€”and still isโ€”under the watch of Currys Funpark Portrush ๐ŸŽฐ๐ŸŽข๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฉ

What was your go-to at Barryโ€™s? Was it the Big Dipper, the Ghost Train, or were you strictly there for the one armed bandits? Letโ€™s hear your favourite memories in the comments! ๐Ÿ’ฌ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿ“ Newcastle, Co. Down | Where the Mountains Meet the Sea โ›ฐ๏ธ๐ŸŒŠ

There's nowhere quite like the Kingdom of Mourne on a clear day. I feel this 360ยฐ photo almost perfectly captures that iconic refrain "where the Mountains of Mourne sweep down to the sea"? What do you think? ๐Ÿ“๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐ŸŽค

Captured high over Newcastle Beach, it's a great vantage point to see the town laid out between the peaks and the sea. ๐Ÿšโœจ

From this height, you can really appreciate the scale of the Mourne Mountains as they tower over the town. You can trace the shoreline all the way from the red-brick faรงade of the Slieve Donard to the dunes of Murlough National Nature Reserve & world-famous Royal County Down Golf Club

There is a reason Newcastle remains a firm favourite for locals and visitors alike. Whether itโ€™s the nostalgic charm of the promenade or that first glimpse of the mountains, the town isโ€”for manyโ€”The Ultimate Day Trip to the Coast ๐Ÿฆ๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿ”๏ธโœจ

๐Ÿ“ St Columbโ€™s Cathedral | Derry/Londonderry โ›ชโœจ

Step inside the heart of this 17th-century Gothic masterpiece.

I wanted to share a unique 360ยฐ view from inside St Columb's Cathedralโ€”captured from the Choir, right in front of the magnificent Great East Window. Even without the choristers present, there is an incredible atmosphere in this space.

Completed in 1633, this was the first Cathedral built in the British Isles after the Reformation and has been referred to as a "Planterโ€™s Gothic" masterpiece. It is one of the City of Derry's most historic & iconic landmarks. ๐Ÿ›๏ธ๐Ÿ“œ

๐Ÿ”„ Spin the photo to look around the 360ยฐ view
๐Ÿ” HIGH-RES version linked in comments ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ’ฌ๐Ÿ‘‡

Look at the intricate carvings on the Choir Stalls and the stunning stonework that has stood through sieges and centuries of history. ๐Ÿงฑ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ

Look up to the ornate ceiling and the historic banners ๐Ÿ‘€โฌ†๏ธ๐Ÿšฉ

The Cathedral is like a living museum of the city's story & place. When it's empty like this, you can almost feel the echo of history in the airโ€”it has that unique, quiet stillness you only find in buildings this old.

Have you ever taken a tour of St Columbโ€™s, or perhaps heard the choir in full song during a service? There is so much history packed into these walls.

๐Ÿ“ Rosspark Hotel | Kells, Ballymena โ˜€๏ธ๐ŸŒณ

Thereโ€™s nothing quite like that stretch of spring sunshine in a Northern Ireland beer garden! ๐Ÿปโœจ

I captured this 360ยฐ view at Rosspark Hotel on a beautiful sunny dayโ€”after a delicious Sunday lunch๐Ÿ˜‹. While the garden itself is a nice spot for a quiet drink, itโ€™s the backdrop that really caught my eyeโ€”the hotel is tucked away in some beautiful, mature grounds. ๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒณ

๐Ÿ”„ Spin the photo to look around: HIGH-RES version linked in comments ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ’ฌ๐Ÿ‘‡

If you look past the tables, you can see the lush greenery and mature trees that surround the estate. It has that 'middle of nowhere' feel despite being so close to Ballymena town, and I loved how the light was hitting the leaves while we were there. Whether youโ€™re here for a wedding, their famous Sunday carvery, or just a quick drink in the sun, the grounds really make the experience feel like a proper escape. ๐ŸŒณโ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿฅ‚

Have you ever explored the woodland walks or the gardens here at Rosspark? Itโ€™s definitely one of the hidden "green" gems in the Mid and East Antrim area.
