Here we have the view from Pingvellir national park in Iceland. The temperature was around -8 degrees!

Earlier in the year I took a trip to RSPB Ham Wall in somerset. This little guy was in the trees around the car park as soon as I arrived enjoying the early morning sunshine!

Last September we went on a trip to Snowdonia. In between it raining we managed to a go for a little stroll up snowdon itself (read long 7 mile round trip!) one afternoon. We got very lucky with the weather and had a beautiful walk up the pyg track.

Jökulsárlón is one of our favourite places to visit in Iceland. It's a lagoon formed by a glacier and as ice drops of the very front it falls into the lagoon filling it with icebergs. To top it off most of the lagoon had frozen over and the ice was in the process of breaking up. It is an incredible sight!
