each frame with a slow push-in so the stills breathe instead of sitting dead, soft crossfades between them, then a closing card — “one eighth of a second.” in the Cormorant italic, lockup and under it. Same dissolve arc as the carousel, sharp to gone.

the runner came past twice a lap and it took most of them to get his face to hold while everything else let go. the rest of the park didn’t need asking — walkers, a spaniel, a lead pulled tight, all of them halfway to somewhere else already.
