AFD Snapshots From macro to starscapes, sports photography and dog portraits. Photography is my hobby I am not a professional, just a person with a camera, just like you!

I explore the world through a lens that shifts effortlessly between macro photography, revealing hidden textures and unseen details, and astrophotography, capturing the grandeur of the cosmos overhead. Each image I create is a reminder that beauty exists both in the smallest corners of our planet and across the boundless expanse of space. I believe that photography isn’t just about cameras or technique — it’s about how we choose to see. The whole world, in all its vastness and intimacy, can be viewed through anyone’s eyes. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder

Now time for something different, some cows and show jumping from Ashby Show

Would have loved to get more of the farm animals but sadly they had to do judging and had to leave the area, and with the weather didn't have the energy to go back in the afternoon
