Last year as part of the Deeside Nature festival, we went to the lookout on a Friday evening to discover some wildlife.
Along with this badger, we saw a pine martin, a woodpecker and various other birds.

The deeside nature festival will take place again next year.

📼 Postcards from Lui Water, Inverey 🌿🍂

and I had a wander up and down both sides of Lui water, up to the old salmon ladder and back. Very picturesque walk, highly recommended.

We saw future spots for picnics, a dip and longer walks ahead. Stunning area near the Linn o’dee.

A wonder in and around Watchediluang Varaviharn in Chiang Mai, Thailand 🇹🇭

The first photo is taken inside the City Pillar Shrine (San Lak Mueang) where only men can enter, as women are seen as unclean because they menstruate. Ancient rules still in force.

Lots to see around here, other temples as well. All immaculately kept by resident monks and volunteers.

Very old ruins, the first historical reference to this castle is from 1246!
