As I’m preparing to go to China for the second time this year, I went through all the pictures I took in Chongqing in May. It’s still hard to believe this place actually exists and that I’ve been able to witness it. It’s not only one of the largest cities on earth, it’s also a fascinating one, full of contrast and unexpected surprises for those willing to explore.

🏰 A fairy tale castle in Potsdam

Set in the heart of a park that makes you forget the outside world stands Babelsberg Palace, a neo-Gothic marvel built in Potsdam in the mid-19th century. Although it is very rarely open to the public, I was lucky enough to photograph the interior of this castle.

All images were taken with the necessary permissions, including the aerial views.

When I went to Oslo last April with Viking I didn’t really know what to expect. I immediately loved the city and then I stepped upon the City Hall. It was nothing less than an aesthetic shock. This is one of the most beautiful buildings I’ve seen in the last few years and it’s well worth the trip to Oslo.
