So this weeks offering is a little white hound, the brown one behind has been made this afternoon and will actually be black once fired so I'm really intrigued to how that will look.

Not sure about this one🫤 but I guess it happens!

I finished this commision a couple of weeks ago but I have just been waiting for my client to return from the uk to give the seal of approval before I applied the varnish.
This is Pepper, she was a street dog in Dodge City and had a healed but broken pelvis.
She was so weak she couldn't jump onto a chair and didn’t wag her tail, they thought it was because of her injury but after several months she did start wagging her tail and of course is now living the best life in the uk where this painting will be heading.

LDM photographie

Welcome to ldm photographie and my passion for photography which blossomed many years ago from a home darkroom set up in my kitchen to achieving a HND in Photography and imaging.

During this period I was able to experiment with many techniques in and out of the darkroom and to this day my subject matter although not constrained features flora and fauna.

After graduating the knowledge gained through study and self exploration led to teaching experimental photography within the National Diploma course at South Nottingham College where I was able to share my knowledge of printing techniques and historical processes.

Whilst teaching I also studied and gained a CertED (certificate in higher education)
