We get it, life gets busy, decisions take time, budgets need shuffling. No judgement. But here’s the thing, when you tell us you want to book and then disappear, we’re still turning down other couples who enquire about your date. Real couples, ready to go. And we have no idea you’ve quietly moved on.
We don’t take it personally, we want to be the right fit for you and if we’re not, that’s genuinely ok. But please, just tell us.
So here’s how it works over here. Once you say you want to book, we’ll hold your date for 5 days. After that, if we haven’t received your booking fee and confirmation, we’ll consider the date available again and other enquiries will be considered.
We are passionate about what we do and our couples are everything to us, we want to give them our whole attention, our energy and our very best work. That’s where our time goes. Chasing ghost bookings and managing needless back and forth admin is not something we’re willing to do.
It’s not personal. It’s just how we make sure the right couples end up with the right person, and that nobody gets let down, including you.
