It is quite ironic when some heads of schools attend these trainings, yet they are the ones sitting and relaxing in their offices while the Admin Officers actually perform the FEMIS data entry. I respectfully request your office, Honorable Minister Radrodro, to allow Admin Officers to attend FEMIS-specific training directly in the future.
