Teuvo Louhisola / A three-day shooting event, filmed in one day
Erämessut Goes Range gives visitors three days to try 90 fi****ms from eight importers at five supervised stations at the Loppi shooting centre. Teuvo Louhisola Oy runs it together with Riihimäen Erämessut every other year, and this June they wanted the event on video, both the whole thing and what actually happens at a single station.
Teuvo Louhisola Oy has imported hunting and sport shooting guns to Finland since 1957 and is the Finnish importer for Benelli.
We had the final Sunday, 7 June 2026. We shot the station videos first thing in the morning while the range was still quiet, with two actors going through the rifle and shotgun stations the way any visitor would, and the pistol station shown by the person who ran it. Then we moved into the event itself for the aftermovie: the Finnish Hunters’ Association tent, the SRA practical shooting range and the Benelli A.I. Challenge, where clays are shot from over 100 metres.
The Benelli Show by Davide De Carolis runs once on the Sunday, so we agreed the camera positions with the organisers beforehand and covered it from two directions. The drone went up for the scale of the range.
