Honda Integra spoiler scanned at Schleiz for 3D-printing project. Doing business trip trought Germany, making much new contacts from car tuning circles, scanning car parts locally for future projects and advertising 3D-scanning services.

Printed parts WITHOUT any modeling! Scanned original part so well that it didn't need any modeling with CAD or so. Only regular process in scanning software and mirrored in slicer for both sides.

FDM Printed from PA6-CF which should resist more heat than original PBT parts, some kind of oven glass fastereners.

We are using Creality Raptor X and AESUB

3D scanned Datsun 1200 Finn Sedan taillights with Raptor X. These will be resin printed as a spare parts for drifting car.

Made a rooftop beacon for my car using an addressable RGB LED strip. It’s controlled via WiFi (ESP32) through a web app UI.

Originally meant for car meetings and other events, but the orange work light has already been useful when repairing a friend’s car on the roadside. Visual effects are used only when parked.

Two large magnet pads hold the light on top of the car, but I might add a third one to make sure it’s not going anywhere when summer highway speeds come back.
