I used to say I’d never come back. But a few years ago, I did — moved back to my hometown and bought a ranch.
After years on the road with a camera on my shoulder, chasing stories through chaos and beauty, I ended up right where it all started. Found peace in the same woods I grew up in. Reconnected with old friends like no time had passed.
Now the river keeps me grounded. Cold water, fly rod in hand, casting into the current — not just for trout, but for something real. Something that feels like home.
