Memories 🩵
আমার ঠিক পিছনে দেখা যাচ্ছে মাউন্ট খুম্বিলা (Mount Khumbila)। এটি খুম্বু অঞ্চলের শেরপা সম্প্রদায়ের মানুষের কাছে অত্যন্ত পবিত্র একটি পর্বত হিসেবে গণ্য করা হয়। মাউন্ট খুম্বিলার সমুদ্রপৃষ্ঠ থেকে উচ্চতা ৫,৭৬১ মিটার (১৮,৯০১ ফুট)। আশেপাশের এভারেস্ট বা লোৎসের মতো দানবীয় পর্বতশৃঙ্গগুলোর তুলনায় উচ্চতা কিছুটা কম হলেও, শেরপাদের ধর্মীয় ও আধ্যাত্মিক বিশ্বাসের কারণে খুম্বু অঞ্চলে এর গুরুত্ব অপরিসীম। স্থানীয়দের বিশ্বাস অনুযায়ী, এই পর্বতের চূড়ায় আরোহণ করা দেবতার মাথায় পা রাখার শামিল। এ কারণে এই পর্বতটিকে অত্যন্ত পবিত্র বা “নিষিদ্ধ পর্বত” হিসেবে গণ্য করা হয় এবং এতে আরোহণ করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।

ছবিতে আমি যেখানে দাড়িয়ে আছি সেই জায়গাটির নাম সিয়াংবোচে (Syangboche), যা নেপালের খুম্বু অঞ্চলে নামচে বাজার থেকে এভারেস্ট ভিউ হোটেলের পথে অবস্থিত। সুনির্দিষ্টভাবে এটি একটি পরিবেশবান্ধব তথ্য ও প্রদর্শনী কেন্দ্র যার নাম Sagarmatha Next। সমুদ্রপৃষ্ঠ থেকে এর উচ্চতা ৩,৭৭৫ মিটার বা ১১০৭৩ ফুট। নামচে বাজারে দ্বিতীয় দিন থাকার সময় এই একটিভিটি করা ভালো। ট্রেকে “High-Altitude Acclimatisation” যথাযথভাবে হয় পরবর্তী ডিবোচে ডেস্টিনেশনের জন্য। আর প্রকৃতির কথা যদি বলেন, এর অপরূপ অপাথির্ব দৃশ্য ক্যামেরার চাইতে নিজের চোখে সবচেয়ে ভালো ধরা দেয়।

I🇫🇮 Exploring Suomenlinna, Helsinki

I visited this beautiful island at the end of April 2026, and it was an unforgettable experience. Surrounded by history, nature, and stunning sea views, it was also my first time traveling during the midnight sun season. ☀️🌙

ফিনল্যান্ডের সুন্দর দ্বীপ Suomenlinna-তে ২০২৬ সালের এপ্রিলের শেষ দিকে ঘুরতে গিয়েছিলাম। ইতিহাস, প্রকৃতি আর সমুদ্রের মনোমুগ্ধকর দৃশ্যের মাঝে কাটানো সময় ছিল সত্যিই অসাধারণ। আর এটি ছিল মিডনাইট সানের সময় আমার প্রথম ভ্রমণের অভিজ্ঞতা। 🇫🇮✨

A place where mountain dreams begin. From the vibrant streets of Namche Bazaar to breathtaking Himalayan golden sunrises, every step here feels like an adventure. The crisp mountain air, colorful rooftops, and stunning views of the Everest region make this Sherpa town truly unforgettable.

Grateful for the journey, the people, and the memories made along the trail. ❤️

**A night I’ll never forget:**

April 1st, 2025. Sitting outside my lodge in Dingboche on the Everest Base Camp trek, looking up at Ama Dablam under a blanket of stars. ❄️ The night was bitterly cold, yet beneath a sky full of stars, every shiver felt worth it. ✨🌌

To the naked eye, the Milky Way was just a faint, ghostly cloud stretching across the night sky. But I locked my iPhone 16 Pro Max onto a steady surface, maxed out the Night Mode to a full 10 second exposure, and let the phone sensor do its thing.

It took a lot of trial, error, mistakes, and hours of tedious editing to clean up the raw low-light noise, but I finally brought this memory to life. I feel incredibly lucky to have witnessed this during my trek! It goes to show what smartphone and technology can do when pushed to the limits. 📸🏔️
