POV: you’ve just got a new palette and want to swatch every single shade.
Featuring my not-so-new but still gorgeous Remembrance palette.
I love the color story here. Even though it might be a bit too warm for me, every single shade is sublime.
I recently heard one of the creators on this platform say that in our line of work ideas don’t matter, and that the only thing that matters is the ability to recreate any idea.
I’m sorry, but I can’t agree with that sentiment as for me it kills the joy of being a creator in the first place. Yes, ideas can be stolen, redone, rethought by someone else—it’s part of the job, I guess—and AI brings a whole new level of anxiety into the process. Also, in 2026 it sometimes feels like everything has already been said and done.
But whenever I have a cool concept in my mind and can go to the studio and bring it to life… that’s when I feel truly alive and happy. And I believe that these emotions never go unnoticed. Not by your followers, and not by potential clients.
I don’t really know what I’m trying to say here😂Probably that it’s very easy to get discouraged in a creative career, but don’t fall for it. Keep doing the good work♥️
