This is PSL Season 11, and my 7th season behind the lens. I’ve worked with many different teams over the years, but this is my 7th time with Pindiz. And I can honestly say I’ve never felt the kind of trust and belonging that I feel here.

What makes this place different is the culture. From the brand and video content to the logo and every small detail, there’s one mindset: This is yours. Own it. brought me on board and gave me space to grow beyond just photography. But more than that, he helped build an environment where everyone feels that ownership.

And we do. Every person here puts their heart into the work. We obsess over details, push each other, and show up like it’s our name on the brand, because in a way, it is.

This season didn’t end how we wanted. We lost the tournament, and that stings. We wanted that win for everyone who’s been with us. But we didn’t lose our bond, our belief, or our fire.

If anything, this setback made us hungrier. We’ve learned, we’ve grown, and we know what we’re coming back for.

To the entire Pindiz family, thank you for the trust, the grind, and the heart you bring every day. I’m proud to be behind the lens for this team.

Next year, Season 12, we come back stronger. We finish the story.

After 7 seasons across different teams, I can finally say I’ve found home. And we’re just getting started.
