Anddddd finally to round off what was a very memorable two weeks down under, I had to go and visit *some* of the local wildlife, as well as a few big cats and a lemur showing us its…..questionable dance moves😅

It was fun being a tourist for a few days but back to business now as it’s time for the Malaysian GP 🇲🇾🔜

The final roar of the island….

Over the last few days, I have seen a lot of posts from various people who have been to the island many times, all with their own memories and sentiments attached to that special place, for me it was my first (& for now) last visit. But even so, in that short space of time I can see why the island is so special to so many! From growing up watching the races on tv with family to actually going there in person on its farewell was a special moment on a personal note, so even though it’s not as long as some of the other testimonies I’ve seen, I will still miss that great track, and I’m very grateful to have visited the special place at least once….farewell Phillip Island🇦🇺

To state the obvious…..it was a pretty wet and wild Phillip Island…..yet that didn’t stop Veda Pratama making history and becoming the first Indonesian to take a pole position on Saturday! Looks like turning him upside down during the team photoshoot on Thursday was the key!😉🤣

Meanwhile Zen’s facial expression in the second photo was pretty similar to mine when I first opened the weather app at the start of the week🤣😅

We may not have signed off the weekend how everyone hoped, but for sure, the last race weekend at Phillip Island (for now), will be remembered for many years to come🇦🇺
