Bangers Open Air may be over for this year, but before I close this chapter, I wanted to share one last thought.
A spectacular show is never built by the artists alone. It is made possible by every single person involved, the fans in front of the stage, the photographers and crew behind the scenes, the security staff, the technicians, the promoters, and even the musicians standing in the crowd, supporting other musicians.
That is the true spirit of music.
Music brings people together. It creates memories that stay with us forever. Sometimes, hearing a song is just like looking at an old photograph, it instantly takes us back to a specific moment, a place, a feeling, or the people we shared it with. Or perhaps it's like tasting a dish you haven't had in years, and suddenly you're transported back in time because that flavour reminds you of someone or somewhere special.
That is the magic of music.
Music has no limits except those our own minds create. It inspires, connects, and reminds us that we are all part of something much bigger than ourselves.
This is why we must keep supporting live music. This is why we must fight to make sure it never dies.
