Same post, two ways to distribute it: 120 views or 12,000.
The difference isn't the quality.
You wrote something genuinely good: useful, clear, sharp. And still, almost no one saw it.
The content didn't fail. What failed is that no one made sure it reached the right people.
Posting and hoping isn't a strategy. It's a lottery.
What separates content that brings in clients from content that disappears comes down to one thing: distribution.
Before:
→ you post on the page
→ you cross your fingers
→ the reach dies within 24 hours
After:
→ the same content also goes out from a personal profile, not just the page
→ it's shared where the decision-makers actually are, not into the void
→ it's backed by direct messages to specific accounts
Same content. Completely different result.
[REAL DONKEY LAB CASE: "For a client in PM, we reorganized how their content was distributed and in X weeks they went from Y to Z leads"]
Good content without distribution is just good content nobody sees.
How many good things have you published this year that almost no one got to see?
