1KG OF SUMMER
Today we went to the farmer’s market and when I saw this huge, imperfect tomato, I HAD to have it. The whole 1 kg of it. The whole 10 € of it. Then we carefully brought it home and sliced it thin with some mozzarella and thin pieces of toasted bread and Voila! Perfect summer lunch. Have you ever seen a tomato this big? 👇

Two whole years with this incredible fluff in our lives. Cannot be more grateful and humbled to be his carrer and get to spend most of my days with him 🙏 Everyone knows he is a special character but that’s what makes him even better. And lately he has been my best buddy always by my side but also very playful. Love you Maxi, and thank you for all the love ❤️🙏

One evening, we went to this peaceful taverna and the sea was particularly peaceful, almost not moving. The sum had just set, and I looked at the environment around me, the man beside me and I said to him: ‘ How grateful I am to be here, grateful to everything that led me here and this moment’ and I felt that peace within me before I started crying tears of joy. It was one of the most magical evenings of the whole trip to Crete this year ❤️ The post also includes my favorite Cretan dishes: do you know what they are? 👇
