Every project starts with a problem to solve.
Here, the challenge was simple: how to make the most of a narrow kitchen space, while creating a place that feels warm, comfortable and made for everyday life.
From there, the concept takes shape. I design the space, develop the details and translate the idea into 3D — until everything is approved.
Then comes the part I love just as much: seeing the idea leave the screen and take shape through the hands of skilled artisans.
For this built-in bench, the walnut structure was crafted by Nøux, followed by the custom upholstery and cushions by Bon Bon Interior & Paint.
And finally, the finished space is captured by NAJT LIX STUDIO.
From a spatial challenge to an idea, from an idea to a drawing, and from a drawing to something you can actually live with.
1. The space before
2. The 3D concept
3. 1st steps in the workshop
4. Walnut veneer and material selection
5-7. The bench being assembled on site
8. A closer look at the craftsmanship
9. The final details
10. The finished space

A space is made in the details.

The right material.
The right texture.
A carefully considered joinery detail.
A piece of furniture made for the space.
A touch of colour in just the right place.

These are the decisions that give an interior its character — but also make it practical, comfortable and personal.
For Penthouse M&J, every detail was designed to work together: natural materials, soft textures, warm timber, carefully curated colours and bespoke elements that are part of the architecture itself.
Because a home isn’t defined by one big statement.
It’s built through hundreds of small ones.

From one room to the next ☕️ 🤎

One of my favourite details of this apartment is the gradual shift in colour running through the hallway — from lighter tones in the living spaces to deeper, warmer mocha shades as you move towards the bedrooms.
The shades are giving each space its own feeling.

One of my favourite corners of this apartment. 🤎

A small dining nook designed to make the most of every centimetre with a custom-made banquette wrapping around the room.

Warm walnut, soft upholstery, a little touch of red and plenty of natural light.
I love how this space feels both very simple and very considered.

BATHROOM F&T – Pink Powder Room, Berlin
—————————————
My lovely clients knew exactly what they wanted: marble, and pink.
Together, we shaped a space that feels both a room that works as well for a slow morning routine as it does for getting ready for a night out.
By combining warm materials, refined details and a calming palette, the bathroom has become a daily ritual spot rather than just a functional space.
