Lost in the labyrinthine streets of Chiang Mai, I stumbled upon many photogenic gems – but my favourite temple, Wat Pha Lat, is located outside of the city. It looks like a magical place tucked away from the tourist crowds 🌿

Let me tell you – the real magic lies in exploring the lesser-known corners and unearthing the hidden beauty that awaits. It's worth the adventure!

Some of my favorite spots in Chiang Mai include:

🍂 Wat Phra Thai Doi Suthep (outside of Chiang Mai on a hill, great view/ photos 1-3)

🐘 Wat Phra Singh (old town, photos 4-6)

🌿 My favourite spot, the Wat Pha Lat temple – it is accessible via the Wat Pha Lat Hike/monk’s trail (which is already an adventure on its own) or by TukTuk (photos 8-10)
