new picture, new chapter.

I’m mimi, Berlin-based brand photographer and creative director. This past year brought a lot of change – a little new human arrived and with him a new clarity about what I want my work to stand for.
I love beautiful places and the people in them. Good food, honest stories, the quiet magic of a well-lit room. With my camera I want to give people and places a face, something real, something that stays.
I work with premium brands, boutique hotels and conscious founders – building visual identities that create visibility, build trust and attract the right clients.

babysatt is a competence center for breastfeeding advice, which accompanies mothers and families on their individual breastfeeding journey in a scientifically sound & independent way.

I love to support founders and especially female founders in their start-ups. Through my authentic and emotional portrait photography, their vision is clearly communicated and clients can identify more with it.

The secret to a good portrait is to make the person in front of the camera feel comfortable. I love to learn about my clients and take the time to really get to know the person in front of the camera. This creates intimate moments and the portrayed person becomes more authentic.

It was a fun shoot in his studio .sud_, where I was also able to get an insight into his cookbook SI MANGIA. My favorite recipe from his book: Melanzane alla Parmigiana, because i’m really addicted to eggplants 😃
