Beauty without honesty is just decoration.
It’s safe, but it doesn’t move. It doesn’t touch the soul.
That is also the reason why it’s easy to market -
it asks for nothing… But it pleases the audience.
Art is a vision that often only makes sense to the artist long before the world is able to catch up. It takes isolation to engage to the creative process/journey & often times you have to turn your back on the audience.
The work is the artist truth, therefore it’s unshakable.
For a long time, my sensitivity felt like a burden. To see, feel, and sense with such intensity was overwhelming.
Now I know that this depth is not a weight—it is the very substance of my work.

To belong nowhere is to belong everywhere.
