I'd been hoping to paint this since we saw the previews. It's no surprise to me that it was voted Mini of the Year (sorry 'bout ya, Fulgrim. They screwed you with those face options).

We wanted Legion colors with a nod to the Chapter colors. We wanted fire and ice wolves, and we wanted a frozen lake base. I think we did ok.

Here's a miniature painting commission I finished recently for Magnus the Red. I experimented with some fluorescent inks on this guy and the results are kinda cool.
