🇺🇸 Roll Out The Barrels 2025 – Czechoslovakia, May 1945
An event held in tribute to the 2nd Infantry Division and the 38th Infantry Regiment – one of the key units in the liberation of Western Czechoslovakia.
As part of the event, I portrayed a member of the 166th Signal Photographic Company, embedded with the 38th Infantry Regiment to document their actions.
Here’s a selection of my analog photos from the event, aiming to capture the atmosphere of the time.

🇨🇿 Roll Out The Barrels 2025 – Československo, květen 1945
Akce věnovaná památce 2. pěší divize, 38. pěšího pluku – jedné z klíčových jednotek při osvobození západního Československa.
Při této příležitosti jsem ztvárnil příslušníka 166th Signal Photographic Company, přiděleného k 38. pěšímu pluku za účelem dokumentace jejich činnosti.
Zde je výběr mých analogových fotografií z akce, které se snaží zachytit atmosféru tehdejší doby.

Výstava i její doprovodný program jsou součástí mezinárodního projektu Men of the 2nd Infantry Division.

🇺🇸 The Museum of the Southern Pilsen Region in Blovice and the Tommy & Yankee Reenactment Association Pilsen cordially invite you to a museum night held on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of liberation and the end of World War II as an accompanying program to the exhibition "LIBERATION 1945: Men of the 2nd Infantry Division".

Extra-long museum opening hours with an exhibition and presentation of the lives of members of the US 2nd Infantry Division in the form of living history. Free entry.

The exhibition and its accompanying program are part of the international project Men of the 2nd Infantry Division.

2nd Armored in Europe - Roll Out The Barrels Czech Republic - April / May 2025

This was definitely worth it! One of my best reenactment experiences.

The 2nd Armored team are back from another fantastic event in the Czech Republic organised by our Czech Team in which we followed in the footsteps of the 2nd Infantry Division.

Expect a full after action report to be published soon.
