Following the overwhelming success of the photography exhibition in Limassol, we are honored to invite you to Okusiima Vol. 2 (meaning “Grateful” in the local dialect), taking place in Nicosia on March 15th.

A heartfelt journey from “me” to “we” unfolds as two passionate photographers unite to share a vision that transcends boundaries. Together, they capture breathtaking moments that speak to the soul, celebrating the profound beauty of places and the unyielding spirit of the people they met in Uganda.

Through the lens of their idiosyncratic perspective, every photograph tells a story—stories of life, resilience, and inspiration. Their work invites you to see the world through their eyes and feel the emotions woven into each frame.

All funds raised from the exhibition will support the scholarship program at Bufuka Primary School, helping children in Uganda continue their education and build a brighter future.

Last summer, I embarked on a journey to Africa with a team of volunteers, carrying not just my camera but also a dream. I had already envisioned that when I returned, I would create a photography exhibition—a way to share the moments I captured and give back to the community.

I went there for the experience, to witness life through a different lens, and to feel the stories of the people we met. What I didn’t expect was how profoundly this trip would transform me. The smiles, the resilience, and the hope I encountered inspired me in ways I never imagined!

Each photograph is a story and clings to the lives of extraordinary people who welcomed us into their world, and this exhibition is not just about sharing these stories—it’s about giving back.

All funds raised from this event will go directly to the Bufuka Primary School scholarship program in Uganda. These funds will help children continue their education in secondary school—a chance that, for many, would otherwise be out of reach.

I’m proud to share this journey with my dear friend, Makis. Together, we captured these unforgettable stories, and now we’re inviting you to be a part of them.
