🥵 I’m thinking of everyone experiencing record high temperatures across the globe, today. I hope you have access to cool air, water, and rest. ❤️ One of the few times in my life high temperatures didn’t really bother me — because the experience itself was so amazing — was in Jordan. 🇯🇴 I’m grateful I got to walk the Siq gorge during the day & night, see the Treasury and hike to the Monastery (800 steps). I highly recommend you leave enough days and nights to see them all. I believe we took two nights and three days with Abercrombie & Kent.

I’m sorry for my long absence here. After being diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease in 2025, it became clear quickly that my energy level may never return to normal and several other additional health issues have made life so difficult that I haven’t been able to keep up with the busy pace of full time self employment in travel. Since Bad Bunny put a spotlight on The Americas, I thought I'd look back in my archives and share some of the countries I've been to. Let's start with Curaçao. It's part of "the ABC Islands." Can you name the other two?

I found it to be full of more than 30 beautiful beaches, friendly people, an artsy soul, and great architecture. It is a constituent country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and its UNESCO-listed capital is Willemstad.

I would absolutely go back to Curaçao 🥰
