Sometimes, the best moments don’t need a plan.

I spent the day exploring the beautiful seaside of Bao’an, Shenzhen—walking through a peaceful park, relaxing by the sea, watching the golden sunset paint the sky, and taking in the breathtaking view of the bridge stretching across the water. 🌅

As the cool sea breeze rolled in, I found the perfect spot to sit back, slow down, and simply enjoy the moment. Life feels different when you pause and appreciate nature’s beauty.

For days, my social media feed was filled with videos of traditional hill tribe meals. 🍚🌿 The combination of jhum-grown rice, fresh boiled vegetables, and spicy chili mash looked so simple, yet so delicious, that I couldn't stop thinking about it.
So instead of just watching, I decided to recreate the meal at home and experience those authentic flavors for myself. It's amazing how simple ingredients can tell such a rich story of tradition, culture, and community.
