Slow-paced and gentle newborn photoshoot at home ✨️

I took my time with this one, like I always do when it comes to children. Kids have their own plans and priorities, and I don't like to force them to do anything for the camera.

Being a mother myself, I love having photos of my daughter where she is "doing her thing." And I love being reminded by these photos what she used to be like at a certain age.

This is why I like to capture children's real selves and genuine expressions/actions without trying to interrupt or intervene.

P.S. The family didn't want for the faces of their children to be visible on social media, so I can only share these.

I was about to share a carousel of photos from a completely different session, but I got overwhelmed with choosing the right photos. 🙈
So today, for the first time ever, I'm sharing just one photo! 😅 But it's a really special one for me, as it is one of my best friends with one of her beautiful babies 🥰🫶

These are the previews I sent to them last night.

After every photoshoot, I feel so excited to check out the photos as soon as I get home and, more importantly, to share them with my clients. I can only imagine how curious and excited they are to see the photos, so I do my best to edit and send a few asap. 🫶

Would you believe it if I told you that 90% of the time during this session, the kids were unhappy or upset for one reason or another 😅 All I need is 10 mins of you being goofy with your kids and voila 🥰

P.S. I had the hardest time choosing the first photo and all the rest of the photos for this carousel 🙈 There are too many that I love and want to share with you 🫠 There will definitely be more posts from this beautiful session ❤️
