⛳️ HISTORIC MOMENT: CONGOLESE GOLF TAKES FLIGHT! 🇨🇩✨
This Saturday, May 16, 2026, the Cercle de Kinshasa hosted a major milestone for sports in the Democratic Republic of the Congo! The Congolese Golf Federation (FCGOLF) officially launched its 2026 sports season during a major press conference led by its dynamic President, Mr. Beston Tshinsele (Baba Bestone).
The event reached a solemn peak with the exceptional presence of the Minister of Sports and Leisure, H.E. Didier Budimbu, who officially kicked off the season by hitting the symbolic first shot at hole n°1! 🏌️♂️🔥
He was joined by the Minister of Communication and Media, H.E. Patrick Muyaya (Honorary Patron of the federation), the Secretary General for Sports, Body Ilonga, and the full lineup of FCGOLF Vice Presidents (Jean-Claude K***a, Jean-Sylvère Duga, and Steve Lusinde).
📋 ON THE AGENDA FOR THE 2026 SEASON:
President Beston Tshinsele unveiled the highly anticipated tournament schedule, which will mainly take place across the country's two flagship venues: Kinshasa and Lubumbashi.

1️⃣ The Club Champions Championship (Interclubs): A fierce team competition where the country's top clubs will battle it out for the ultimate national title.
2️⃣ The Individual Championships: Pure individual performance to crown the best male, female, and junior golfers in the DRC.
