Yesterday‘s photo session was cut short because I couldn’t shake the feeling that a cougar could pop out literally at any moment. That’s the first time I’ve actually been by myself in an area with an active cougar alert. A lot of my photos from yesterday didn’t turn out, they were very fuzzy and blurry, and I’m not sure if it’s because of the lighting of the day or if deep down inside, I was just in a real hurry to get a photo and get the heck out of there. Anyway, I was able to salvage a few photos from yesterday. I really like the kingfisher with the large container ship in the background. Which photos do you like the best?

Adorable 🥰 🐸 in driveway, my son caught it and moved it to bush. I often hear one croaking out my window and wonder if it is this little guy.

A few of my favourite photos from a walk this morning. There’s nothing quite like seeing flowers over someone’s fence and stopping to enjoy them and being surprised by a ladybug. 🐞 
Just as a word of caution, the last photo is not a snake, It’s a lizard.
