The sound of the accordion always brings me back to my childhood days in Ukraine, especially during the holidays.

It reminds me of warmth, gatherings, and tradition. I brought a little accordion as a surprise for the kids on our walk just to see what happens.

In this photo, it looked like Liam was serenading the birds. It's fascinating how certain sounds can evoke such strong memories of the past!

The most amazing (and challenging!) part about photographing young children is that you can't get them to pose and stay still. Or if you do, it looks somewhat staged.

My favorite photos are the ones where I got to capture real emotions and connections. Nothing beats those deep belly laughs and connection shining through in these candid moments. 📸❤️
