When this little guy was born, I had to rearrange some rooms in our townhouse to make room for his arrival. My office became the master bedroom and that meant my desk and computer were packed up indefinitely. ⁣
⁣
In the year it took me to get a new space organized (hey, room design is not my forté!!!), my usual way of organizing my photos was temporarily put on hold. I tried my best to use the laptop, and save files as I normally would, but transferring them over wifi was slow and newborn interruptions meant some tasks were never finished. ⁣
⁣
One small workflow change and things were starting to fall through the cracks. Like, "photos of the baby's first 48-hours" type things! 😳🤦🏻‍♀️😬⁣

But don't stress, I didn't lose any photos of Rhys’ arrival! Thankfully, I noticed the photos weren't where they were supposed to be and was able to fix the situation in time. The point is... if I'm making these mistakes, I know everyone is. ⁣

Ugh! Losing my photo collection is easily one of my greatest fears. Could you imagine? I would never forgive myself. ⁣

I love this photo!! I totally missed the focus on this little guy's feet but instead got a shot of mum cradling his little bum so sweetly. I had to include it in the final collection because there's just something about this moment that I couldn't stand to not deliver. It's all love.

We hung out in a snow storm! It was the best & this little guy didn't even fuss! I'm hoping for a little more of the white stuff overnight... I'll be honest, I kinda love it. Anyone else? Just me?!?
