Yesterday in downtown Toronto, Iranian patriots gathered in front of the U.S. Consulate to stand against the Al Quds Day demonstration organized by supporters of the Islamic Republic.

On one side were people waving the flags and portraits of the regime that has ruled Iran for decades.
On the other side were Iranians who have lost their homeland to that regime and are demanding a free Iran.

Many came to show support for the Iranian people inside the country and to thank the international pressure and recent actions that have weakened the Islamic Republic.

For many of us, this was not just a protest.
It was a moment of hope.

Hope that one day Iran will be free.
Hope that the voices of Iranians who have fought for freedom for decades will finally be heard.

And hope that the future of Iran will belong to its people.

Photos from yesterday’s demonstration in Toronto.

Toronto stood louder than ever — February 14, 2026

On Valentine’s Day, more than 500,000 people filled the streets of Toronto in solidarity with the people of Iran, responding to the call for unity and change.

Generations stood side by side.
Voices rose together.
Flags carried hope through the cold winter air.

From Yonge Street to North York, this was not just a gathering — it was a movement powered by love for a homeland and belief in a freer future.

Honoured to document another historic day for the Iranian community in Canada.

Toronto in solidarity with the people of Iran — February 1, 2026

Over 150,000 voices gathered in downtown Toronto to stand with those fighting for freedom, justice, and human rights in Iran.
From Yonge & Dundas to Queen’s Park, the energy was powerful, emotional, and unified.

These images are more than pictures — they are moments of courage, resilience, and shared humanity.
Honoured to have witnessed and documented this historic day.

Toronto stood in solidarity today.
I stood behind the lens.

A peaceful protest in support of the people of Iran — voices raised, stories carried, history unfolding in real time.

Photography isn’t just about beauty.
Sometimes, it’s about bearing witness.

Today in Toronto, thousands marched for a people who cannot march freely in their own country.
In Iran, people are risking — and losing — their lives for one basic demand: freedom.
The regime responds with bullets, executions, mass arrests, and by shutting down the internet so the world can’t see what’s happening.
When Iranians inside Iran are silenced, the responsibility falls on us outside to be their voice.
This is not about politics.
This is about human rights.
This is about people being killed for demanding dignity.
Please don’t scroll past this.
Share it. Talk about it. Ask questions.
Silence is exactly what the regime wants.

Union Station in monochrome.
There’s something timeless about this place — the symmetry, the silence, the slow footsteps echoing beneath the vaulted ceiling.
Shooting in black & white lets the light, lines, and texture speak for themselves.
