The fine folks over at Rock The Park doing what most festivals wouldn’t do. We applaud you!
RTP’ers,
Last week we had some of the most difficult days we’ve ever faced as a festival team.
We know how many of you travelled, made plans with friends and family, booked hotels, took time off work, and counted down the days to be with us. We are truly sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience the cancellations caused.
Throughout those two days, we were constantly monitoring the rapidly changing smoke conditions. While we know the outcome was not what anyone wanted, we also want to thank you. Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and the incredible support you showed us during an incredibly challenging time. Your kind messages, encouragement, and compassion reminded us why this community is so special, and we are deeply grateful.
Today, we share some good news.
If you purchased tickets for July 15 or July 16, you will be receiving an email from Eventbrite shortly confirming that your refund has been processed back to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
Thank you for standing with us through one of the toughest moments in RBC Rock the Park’s history. We don’t take your support for granted, and we’re already looking forward to the day we can welcome you back to Harris Park under brighter skies.
