What do you get when you cross a T-Rex with Fireworks?

So here is a fun fact about Dinosaur names as they end in "saurus" to mean "Lizard".

Everyone's story is different and I love some quirky bits whenever possible, which keeps life interesting. So which leads me to this image which is full of childlike wonder. No it wasn't halloween and no it wasn't during an anime convention...! This shoot almost never happened and it was purely coincidence that I got to shoot-a-Rex.

There isn't much I wouldn't do in terms of capturing people's stories. When it is a creative/editorial type shoot I tend to push the subject/scenario to get it where it needs to be. Boy did I make him uncomfortable by requesting him in the middle of the road...(don't worry I promise he is still alive and well and it wasn't busy).

As a child ...well who am I kidding even now I'm fascinated by lizards...my sister can attest to that. This Rex happens to be family...thanks for letting me push your limits!

I see RED!

Sometimes words just won't do as a photographer. I think I can safely say that if you are a artist and it could be of any genre that whether you are painter, potter, baker or a candlestick maker, that sometimes you just want to take everything you are feeling and put it into whatever it is you're making and leave it all there without a word. It's almost light exhaling...

This was an eventful session without a doubt with one of my very fav humans...if you stay tuned I will tell you soon what happened! I will leave you with that...

Happy half a decade anniversary to this deliciously fun couple! In case you are wondering, 5 years is wood.
Tony and Heather were not like other wedding clients. While their wedding day had all the traditional elements like the ceremony, the cake cutting and the garter toss amongst other things, this was certainly one of the coolest weddings we have had the honour to be a part of. When we say, “coolest weddings”, we mean that both literally and figuratively!
