Is it weird that I am not ready to take down my Georgina Studio Tour display yet? The weekend was exhausting but so wonderful. Thank you to all who came to see my set up. It was a pleasure to meet so many new people and also visit with friends. (The cat would like it down, she wants her the space)

🎨 Introducing the Lasting Legacy Program

Become part of the story behind the art.

Beginning July 1, the Art Gallery of Georgina is inviting our community to help preserve and care for works in our Permanent Collection through our new Lasting Legacy Program.

By supporting a selected artwork, you'll play a direct role in helping us protect and celebrate these important pieces for future generations. As a supporter, you'll receive special recognition, a commemorative certificate, and exclusive behind-the-scenes access to the collection.

Every artwork has a story. Help us ensure those stories continue to inspire for years to come!

I realized that some of my work I neglected to post. Still trying to get the hang of selling and promoting. Will add more!

I have just completed two months of residency at the Art Galley of Georgina. It was a wonderful experience and I am very happy to have had the opportunity. It was a privilege to be able to create work in such a lovely space and to meet with so many visitors to the gallery.
This is the last piece I made before my time was up. It will still be on the wall at the gallery in the gift shop should you like to see it. It is the largest piece I have ever created and a bit of a departure from my enhanced photo encaustic pieces. This painting is straight encaustic (painting with pigmented hot beeswax). I call it Swans in the Snow on the Black River.
