THIS. Don’t be this person! I shared this on my personal page as well;
I shot a 12 hour wedding one year and the MOH, who was also the brides sister, came up to me during the supper and asked why I thought it was okay that they were paying me to sit down and eat. It’s sad that we’ve all had to include a seat/meal at receptions (after a certain amount of coverage at least) in our contracts, as well as no harassment clauses. Please don’t be like this.
We are humans, we work endlessly to capture your perfect day & the weeks of work that come behind the scenes too. Be nice to your vendors, just be nice anyway!
