Rolling out the finish on a red oak floor I just installed and sanded. The finish is Bona Woodline Satin . A oil modified polyurethane finish. This is the first coat . Three coats go on in total .

This was a huge job for just a condo . We ripped out existing glued down carpet and lino . Insalled new Laminate, carpet, Baseboard and Lino . We also repaired the slab and levelled it. This place sold immediatly after completion.
