I’m in love with idea of black utopia. So impressed and mesmerized by their work always. I think that their work has stayed with me because of the various Indigenous photographers/artists that are doing just that. That is, capturing Indigenous stories and rewriting our own narratives.

Whenever I find another Indigenous photographer, I always feel this sense of joy and gratitude that we are creating bodies of artwork across turtle island that show the beauty of Indigenous people. ✨🌱
