A rare sighting! While at Saint Rest Beach in near-zero visibility, this majestic pelagic bird suddenly appeared out of nowhere. At first, I thought it was just a fry-loving seagull, but on closer look, it turned out to be an Arctic Skua.
Did you know that The Arctic Skua, is also called the Parasitic Jaeger, is known for its “pirate” behavior—it often chases other seabirds mid-air and forces them to drop their catch, snatching the stolen meal before it hits the water.
